Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes will include preparation exercises for your upcoming Acroyoga and Surf sessions such as injury prevention. We will focus on balance, flexibly and strength because these are the tools you need. It will be different each day – depending on personalities and preferences of the participants and other factors like the natural light, tides, wind, temperature, surfcondition and Acroyoga schedule.
Due to our flexibility and spontaneity there will be the opportunity to practice on stand up paddle boards, on vulcanos, beaches, on the rooftop of the apartment or in a cosy studio in town. We wanna keep it open and free to go with the flow. Its up to us.
